Biography
Donna is from southern California and has resided in Scottsdale since 1967. She started her career in real estate in 1982 as the marketing director for Arrowhead Ranch in Glendale, Arizona and went on to open her own real estate company in 1985, specializing in vacant land sales to investors and home builders. In 1988 her company was hired to manage the leasing, sales, and zoning of industrial properties for a London based company. It was her experience in land sales and love of golf that brought her to the Desert Mountain sales team almost 20 years ago. “It has been a real pleasure watching this wonderful community grow and to meet and become friends with so many wonderful people that live in Desert Mountain.” Donna works with her husband, Bob Terry, and they both live in Desert Mountain and are members of The Desert Mountain Club. Donna and Bob have four children, five grandchildren, and a houseful of golden retrievers.
Joanie Barreiro, Sales Associate of Donna LeGate-Terry and Bob Terry, brings energy, knowledge and enthusiasm to the team. She is committed to every client’s needs and provides an exceptional level of service. Her love of homes, architecture, building, design and real estate started her career. She has helped design and build a custom home here in North Scottsdale. Originally from Bucks County, PA, Joanie, along with her husband and two children, has resided in the Cave Creek/North Scottsdale area for almost 14 years. Six years ago she joined Bob and Donna to continue her passion.
Donna, Bob, and Joanie have, and continue, to build their success on knowledge of the Desert Mountain market, integrity, hard work and understanding and listening to their clients’ needs.
