In addition, we are offering a $20,000 club credit incentive as well as wonderful financing! A Desert Mountain Equity Golf Membership has never been such an exceptional value!
DESERT MOUNTAIN REGULAR/EQUITY GOLF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The Initiation fee for an Equity Golf membership (EGM) is $140,000. The EGM encompasses our 6 world renowned Jack Nicklaus Signature courses as well as the use of the Tennis & Fitness facilities, Spa and our 6 clubhouses and restaurants. In addition, we are happy to offer you a $20,000 Club credit (no more than $7,500 can be applied in any one year). The Club credit is available regardless if you the buyer elects the financing option or not. The Club credit will be added to your new membership account, and can be used for dues and charges within a 4-year period. We are also offering a financing option of $75,000 down, with the balance due over the remaining 4-year period at 4.8% interest.

DESERT MOUNTAIN EQUITY CLUB MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
The initiation fee for the Equity Club Membership is $40,000. Through this program, you will receive privileges to use the Sonoran – Tennis and Fitness facilities, spa, and our six clubhouses and restaurants. Golf privileges include unlimited golf rounds in the off-season (June 1 – October 14), at the prevailing off-season green fee guest rate. There are no golf privileges in-season (January 1 – May 31 and October 15 – December 31). In-season commencements are estimated annually or when a golf course comes out of overseed. The Equity Club Membership is not upgradable to the Equity Golf Membership.
