CHIRICAHUA CLUBHOUSE

Considered the jewel of Desert Mountain’s six clubhouses, the visually exciting Chiricahua Clubhouse is a faithful recreation of an Old World Italian olive vineyard and farmhouse. It is situated on a hillside at an elevation of 3,200 feet and overlooks the 18th hole of the Chiricahua course with expansive views of metro Phoenix and Scottsdale.

While the exterior features genuine mud-stacked roofs over aged, grey stone and other authentic design elements, the interiors at Constantino’s, our casual Italian restaurant within the clubhouse, are breathtaking. Terraces along the west side provide panoramas of stunning desert sunsets and the twinkling lights of the Valley at twilight. For intimate occasions, reserve a table in the wine tower modeled after a Sardinian olive silo featuring lacy iron chandeliers, hand-troweled Venetian plaster and nearly 3,000 bottles of wine; or bring friends to the chef’s special dining room accessed through the kitchen where guests can interact with the chef and kitchen staff.

Also, don’t miss the Chiricahua Grill, a casual dining venue featuring a delicious lunch/cocktail menu of salads, small plates, sandwiches and Mediterranean classics like hummus and bruschetta. The patio is another lovely place to linger over a delicious meal while enjoying the view of the 18th hole below. Come experience the magic of these special restaurants as a member of the Desert Mountain Club.
