Upholding Our Caliber of Design
The HOA maintains architectural control of all new homes and exterior remodels through the Board-elected Architectural Review Committee. The Committee reviews each proposed design and improvement relative to its respective lot in accordance with the community’s Architectural Review Guidelines. Updates to the exterior of a home including painting, landscaping, and facade work call for homeowner participation in the architectural review process.

Whether a property owner is building a new home or remodeling the exterior features of an existing home, the architectural review process is structured to maintain the emphasis on aesthetics established by the Wright design philosophy. The process is governed by the Architectural Review Guidelines, which seek to integrate the home’s design with the desert landscape. Owners and their teams of professionals are encouraged to become familiar with the Guidelines, which encompass home design, materials selection, and landscape features. During the process, the property owners, their architects, and their builders work closely with the HOA’s consulting architect, from pre-design through final design and through approval. This partnership has created a uniquely welcoming and diverse community, where a broad range of architectural styles exist in a harmony created by the sharing of one common design philosophy.
