Built With Tradition

Apache Golf Course at Desert Mountain was designed by Jack Nicklaus to appeal to golfers with traditional sensibilities. Winding gracefully through gentle desert terrain, the course features large, lush greens that appear as natural extensions of the moderate, rolling fairways, with subtle, grassy catch areas and deceptively sloping putting surfaces for relaxed rounds of golf.

COURSE FACT

With more forgiving areas around the greens and no forced carries, Apache still offers a challenge to players with its length and ambitious changes in elevation.

Desert Mountain’s Most Playable

With ample collection areas around the greens to make recovery shots, Apache golf course is considered one of the more accessible courses on our property. But make no mistake, this course provides a great deal of challenge thanks to its impressive reach. While the course does begin and end with downhill holes, there are plenty of elevation changes and sloping fairways to encounter. Knowing your yardages is imperative as several holes and carries to the greens play longer or shorter than they appear.
